The Challenge:

Sidewalk Labs is a company committed to reimagining cities to improve quality of life for all. Their brief was to create a rain screen presentation using multiple sustainable materials which could endure inclement weather.  

The Solution:

Blackmouth designed this body of work by rethinking conventional siding techniques. By leaning into a variety of sustainable materials, building practices, and addressing shape and aesthetics (the beehive pattern was designed and laser engraved inhouse), we created an architecturally relevant rain screen that is environmentally friendly and weather resistant.
