The Challenge:

Translate, engineer, and build an architectural design intent to meet clients fiscal needs for a 15,000 sq ft+ urban base camp.

The Solution:

Leveraging BMD’s design aptitude and material knowledge to bring the concept to life, BMD created the majority of the free standing elements, a custom ping pong table with hand crafted wood burned artwork by Gretchen Leggitt, and a topographical ceiling treatment in the likeness of the Strait of Juan de Fuca’s sea floor.
