The Challenge:

Design, engineer, and fabricate a modern railing system and a hidden bookcase door complementing existing home aesthetics.

The Solution:

Using the home’s current material and color palette, BMD created a linear, black powder coated railing with dark stained oak cap that gently wraps the staircase. In addition, BMD was asked to conceal a gaming room just off the stairwell. BMD designed and built a seamlessly hidden bookcase door to mask the entrance to an additional room.
